highly educated work force make it essential that organizations maximize the
efforts of all their people. This best happens in an environment of
cooperation and collaboration. This best happens when people are personally
empowered and, therefore, able to work together to accomplish a common
vision. This forum will address core attitudes, behaviors and skills vital
for personal growth, increased resiliency, and organizational success.
