She combines a Masters Degree in Communication with her experience as a radio announcer, a goodwill ambassador for the National Cherry Industry, and over 20 years in education and training.

in the North to the Association of Occupational
Health Nurses in the South, Mary Jane is a sought-after
convention speaker and seminar/workshop leader.
She works with groups of 10 to 1000 approximately
100 times a year, consistently receiving high
marks for both presentation style and value of
content."
Mary Jane is past president of her local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, a past president of the Professional Speakers Association of Michigan, and one of a small number of women nationwide to have earned the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. The CSP is granted by the National Speakers Association for standards of excellence in speaking.
In 1997 Mary Jane was awarded the Charles Leadership
Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Professional
Speakers Association of Michigan.
Mary Jane is the author of the book, The
Art of Fielding Questions with Finesse,
an internationally distributed videotape training
program and several audiocassette learning albums.
She publishes a quarterly newsletter and a bi-monthly
e-zine and has written numerous articles
that provide practical solutions for communication
problems.
